C. Public Comment
The Library Board invites citizens to address the Board on any matter, except items on the agenda and public hearings that are included on the agenda. Comments related to items on the agenda and public hearings will be heard when the specific item/hearing starts. Citizen comments are limited to three (3) minutes, unless otherwise required by law. To address the Board, please fill out a Public Comment Card and submit it to a staff member prior to the Public Comment section on the agenda. The Library Board is not permitted to take any action or discuss any item not listed on the agenda. The Board may choose to place the item on a future agenda.

1. Recognize Steve Blow for his contributions to the Sunnyvale Library Board.
E. Presentations and Updates
1. Hear a report from the Friends of the Sunnyvale Public Library.
2. Hear the Director Report and Financial Report for February 2025.
F. Discussion and Action Items
1. Discuss, consider, and act upon the minutes of the February 18, 2025 meeting of the Sunnyvale Library Board.
2. Discuss recent and upcoming programs at the Doris Padgett Public Library.
3. Discuss the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) Annual Report filed by the Doris Padgett Public Library.
4. Discuss, consider, and act upon revisions to the library's Circulation Policy.
5. Discuss, consider, and act upon revisions to the library's Interlibrary Loan Policy.
7. Discuss, consider, and act upon scheduling the May, June, and July meetings of the Sunnyvale Library Board.

Notice is hereby given that the Library Board will conduct its Regular Meeting on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at the Doris Padgett Public Library. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting. Email comments may also be submitted to matthew.kolman@townofsunnyvale.org by 3 p.m. the day of the meeting.
